A number of people were injured Friday afternoon when tornadoes slammed into a heavily populated area of Little Rock, Ark. Hospitals across the region are overwhelmed with victims of the storm. As many as three tornadoes have touched down. Little Rock police are transporting people to hospitals as there aren’t enough ambulances to respond. Mayor Frank Scott is urging Gov. Sarah Sanders to send in the National Guard to provide rescue help. Watch videos below.
