DEVELOPING STORY: The flooding across southern California is catastrophic and evacuations are underway across the entire region. Dodgers Stadium is completely surrounded by water. There are videos posted below that show massive walls of water and debris heading downstream. It’s a dangerous situation. Even the high desert communities have been overwhelmed by the floodwaters from Tropical Storm Hilary. Schools have been closed and driving is hazardous. At least one major roadway collapsed.
