President Trump issued a statement of gratitude to Almighty God after he was nearly struck down by an assassin’s bullet at a rally in Butler County, Pennsylvania.
“Thank you to everyone for your thoughts and prayers yesterday, as it was God alone who prevented the unthinkable from happening,” the president wrote Sunday morning on Truth Social. “We will FEAR NOT, but instead remain resilient in our Faith and Defiant in the face of Wickedness.”

A bloodied President Trump was a portrait of courage under fire as he raised a defiant fist in the air just seconds after nearly having his head blown off. He shouted to the crowd, “fight, fight fight” as Secret Service agents rushed him off the stage.
One Trump supporter was killed and two others were critically injured.
“Our love goes out to the other victims and their families,” the president said. “We pray for the recovery of those who were wounded, and hold in our hearts the memory of the citizen who was so horribly killed.”
The would-be assassin was taken out by Secret Service snipers. His name has yet to be released. And it is clear he did not act alone.
Just a few days ago President Biden said it was time to put Trump “in a bullseye.” He nearly got what he wanted. And today Biden, the Democrat Party and their propagandists in the media have blood on their hands.
