Tractor Supply Will No Longer Sponsor Pride Parades

Company Breaks Ties With Human Rights Campaign

Tractor Supply will no longer sponsor gay pride parades and they have also given the Human Rights Campaign the heave-ho. Their decision came after thousands of customers threatened to boycott the company over its woke DEI policies.

Conservative leader Robby Starbuck first raised concerns about the radical policies at Tractor Supply headquarters. The company reversed course the day after he appeared on the Todd Starnes Show on Newsmax.  Click here to sign up for my free breaking news alerts.

“This monumental change is thanks to all of you who supported my work exposing this, to the whistleblowers in Tractor Supply and my fellow farm owners who respectfully spoke up,” Starbuck wrote on X. “I’m working to get more information about these changes but this is a fantastic moment for the fight to banish wokeness, DEI and ESG from the workplace.”

Tractor Supply issued a lengthy statement that seemed to indicate deep remorse for offending so many of their customers.

“We work hard to live up to our Mission and Values every day and represent the values of the communities and customers we serve,” the company said. “We have heard from customers that we have disappointed them. We have taken this feedback to heart.”

Tractor Supply said they “deeply value our relationship with our customers and the communities we call home.”

“We are passionate about being good neighbors in our hometowns because without you, we would not be what we are,” they said. “It is imperative to us that our customers’ hard-earned dollars are taking care of our Team Members and the communities we all love.”

Tractor Supply reiterated that they have invested millions of dollars in veteran causes, animal shelters, state fairs, farmers markets and is the largest financial supporter of FFA.

But many customers felt betrayed by Tractor Supply’s decision to embrace radical LGBT activists. To make it right, they decided to:

  1. No longer submit data to the Human Rights Campaign
  2. Refocus our Team Member Engagement Groups on mentoring, networking and supporting the business
  3. Further focus on rural America priorities including ag education, animal welfare, veteran causes and being a good neighbor and stop sponsoring nonbusiness activities like pride festivals and voting campaigns
  4. Eliminate DEI roles and retire our current DEI goals while still ensuring a respectful environment
  5. Withdraw our carbon emission goals and focus on our land and water conservation efforts

“Rural communities are the backbone of our nation and what make America great,” the company said. “We are honored to be a part of them.”
