An Oregon gift shop has banned all customers who voted for President Trump. Hipnest, a decor and gift shop, posted a huge message on its storefront the day after the presidential election.
“If U voted for him Ur not welcome here,” read the sign scribbled on cardboard.
Hipnest is based in Cannon Beach, Oregon.
And just in case Trump supporters did not get the message, the owner posted additional information on social media.
“Mood,” the owner wrote. ‘It’s just not okay. If u voted for him u r bottom line condoning bigotry, sexism, and racism. U r choosing self over people.U r not welcome. Never.”
The good news is that there are plenty of other places to buy doilies and knick-knacks in Cannon Beach.
