Rep. Robert Garcia (D-CA), who is originally from Peru, called for physical violence against Elon Musk during an interview on CNN.
Garcia, who is openly gay and displays a Pride flag on his official social media accounts, was asked to walk back an offensive slur he uttered against Elon Musk during a congressional hearing on the Department of Government Efficiency.
Instead, the California congressman doubled down.
“Well, he is a dick,” the congressman said. “And I think he’s also harming the American public in an enormous way.”

Garcia then called for violence against Republicans.
“What I think is really important and what the American public want is for us to bring actual weapons to this bar fight. This is an actual fight for democracy, for the future of this country,” he said.

“Isn’t inciting people to kill Elon Musk a crime,” said Bill Ackman, chief executive officer of Pershing Square. “Why isn’t someone arresting and prosecuting Congressman Robert Garcia?”
It’s a great question, but as we all know the FBI only conducts pre-dawn, guns-drawn raids on pro-lifers, Catholics and parents who complain at school board meetings.
