DEVELOPING STORY: A photograph has emerged of the terrorist who waged jihad on New Year’s Eve revelers in New Orleans. The attacker rammed a pickup truck through crowds of people gathered on Bourbon Street in the French Quarter. Afterwards, he opened fire on police officers and was gunned down. His body was found near the truck he used to kill Americans. The gunman appeared to be wearing military-style fatigues.
