The terrorist attacks in New Orleans and Las Vegas once again exposed the sheer ignorance and bias of the Legacy Media. Take the banner headline in the Washington Post, for example: “Truck rams New Orleans Crowd.” Or this headline: “Tesla Cybertruck catches fire outside Trump Hotel in Las Vegas.”
The national media would have you believe that automobiles have been radicalized to mow down Americans. Or in the case of the Vegas attack – they seem to be blaming Elon Musk. Their coverage is dishonest – and shameful. But it’s not at all surprising.
In June The New York Times published a story quoting the FBI as saying the greatest domestic terror threat in our nation is white supremacy. PBS called far-right extremism a growing threat in America.
And in September the Biden/Harris Dept. of Homeland Security said “white supremacists present the gravest terror threat to the United States.”
Politico reported that the administration described the threat from white folks “as the deadliest domestic terror threat facing the U.S., listed above the immediate danger from foreign terrorist groups.”

That’s why the New Orleans jihadist was not even on the FBI’s radar. Agents were too busy conducting surveillance operations on law-abiding gun owners, conducting pre-dawn raids on pro-life families and recruiting Catholic priests to spy on their parishioners.
I have no doubt that President-elect Trump’s national security team will purge the woke rot that’s infested Homeland Security. But I’d like to offer to lend a helping hand to America’s headline writers.
Here’s how they should frame story: “Muslim Wages Jihad in New Orleans, Mows Down Crowd in Truck” or “Anti-Trump Radical Blows Up Cybertruck in Front of Trump Hotel.”
I’d even settle for this above-the-fold, all-caps headline: “IT WASN’T A WHITE GUY AFTER ALL.”
Many of our newsrooms are filled with woke, far-left diversity hires. How in the world can we expect them to get the “who, what, when, where and why” when many of them don’t even know their personal pronouns?
