House Democrats have reintroduced reparations legislation.
Congresswoman Ayanna Pressley, the woke Democrat from the People’s Republic of Massachusetts, says we are living in an age of anti-blackness on steroids.
“We are in a moment of anti-Blackness on steroids and we refuse to be silent,” Pressley said. “We will not back down in our pursuit of racial justice.”
I’m sure that will come as a surprise to Tyler Perry, Oprah Winfrey, Beyonce, Barack Obama most of the NBA, the NFL and the entire Super Bowl Half time show.
The bill aims to create a federal commission to investigate the enduring impacts of slavery.
Congresswoman Summer Lee, the not-so-bright Democrat from Pennsylvania, called the Trump Administration white supremacists.
“Despite, however, what Trump and his anti-diversity, anti-equity, anti-inclusion cronies want you to believe, this is American History.”
Sen. Cory Booker, the Democrat from New Jersey, is leading the pro-reparations charge in the Senate.
“We as a nation have not yet truly acknowledged and grappled with the ways slavery, racism, and white supremacy continue to disadvantage African Americans,” Booker said in a statement. “Commissioning a study to better understand where our country has fallen short will help lawmakers better address the racial disparities and inequalities that persist today as a result of generational injustices.”

The Democrats would have you believe that slaves were picking cotton in the Mississippi Delta as late as the 1990’s. That is incorrect. Slavery was abolished on December 6, 1865 when the 13th amendment to the Constitution was ratified.
There are no living slaves and there are no living slaveholders. Those days are long gone. And anyone who says otherwise is nothing more than a lazy, no-account, race-baiting hustler.
