One of the most popular television shows in the nation has been canceled and many believe it’s because of the program’s pro-family and pro-faith message.
Blue Bloods debuted on CBS some 14 years ago – the story of New York City Police Commissioner Frank Reagan and his family of police officers.
The show became a hit among conservatives because of its support of law enforcement. The show has always delivered solid ratings and has traditionally been one of the top shows in primetime.
But after 14 years – CBS has canceled the show. Click here to read my new book – endorsed by President Trump!
Tom Selleck, who plays Commissioner Frank Reagan, told TV Insider he is frustrated with the network’s decision.
“I’m kind of frustrated,” the normally reserved Selleck told TV Insider. “During those last eight shows, I haven’t wanted to talk about an ending for Blue Bloods but about it still being wildly successful.”
I suspect the chief reason “Blue Bloods” is being given the heave-ho has to do with a specific scene featured in every episode.
No matter what the storyline – the Reagan family always gathered around the table for Sunday supper – and they prayed before the meal. There were countless episodes where moral dilemmas were resolved in a church pew.
I have absolutely no doubt those scenes triggered every godless, anti-family leftists in Hollywood. But what they didn’t understand is that the values espoused in Blue Blood are the same values espoused by most Americans.
And we all know that faith and family are the antithesis of Hollywood values.
So, don’t be surprised if “Blue Bloods” is replaced by a show about a bunch of Minneapolis Antifa activists who struggle with their preferred pronouns while burning down police precincts.
