DEVELOPING STORY: New York City firefighters are battling a 5-alarm blaze inside a 19-story residential building in the Bronx. The fire is reportedly burning on the third floor and the building is filling with smoke. There are multiple reports on social media of residents either jumping or climbing out of windows. At least 15 people have been critically injured. Firefighters say at least 11 of the victims have life-threatening injuries. There are reports of an unknown number of people trapped in the high rise.
