The vote 220-204 did include a few Democrats who opposed it.
Here are the Republican congressmen who voted with the Democrats:
- Rep. Brian Mast (R-FL)
- Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL)
- Rep. Tom McClintock (R-CA)
The Marijuana Opportunity Reinvestment and Expungement Act now moves to the Senate where it needs 60 votes to pass before it would move on to President Biden’s desk.
