A new Politico report reveals Vice President Kamala Harris’ office has an abusive environment.
“People are thrown under the bus from the very top, there are short fuses and it’s an abusive environment,” a person with “direct knowledge” of the activities in the office told Politico.
The report comes after Politico spoke with 22 current and former vice president aides, administration officials.
“It’s not a healthy environment and people often feel mistreated,” Politico’s source added. “It’s not a place where people feel supported but a place where people feel treated like shit.”
Harris’ spokeswoman Symone Sanders defended the workplace environment in several statements.
“We are not making rainbows and bunnies all day. What I hear is that people have hard jobs and I’m like ‘welcome to the club,’” Sanders said, calling the anonymous sources “cowards.”
Sanders added: “Vice President Harris is focused on the work, not the chatter at the water cooler.”
National radio host and best-selling author Todd Starnes called the Biden administration report a “dumpster fire” and an “absolute mess.”
The Todd Starnes Radio Show host asked his listeners Thursday: “Are you better off having a senile guy with dementia in the White House or Kamala Harris?”
