Bill O’Reilly, the former Fox News anchor, slammed President Biden for his reaction to the Derek Chauvin verdict.
“Joe Biden did something that no other president has ever done,” O’Reilly tweeted Wednesday.
“He told the world the United States is a racist nation,” O’Reilly added. “And in doing that, he indicted all Americans.”
Biden, who has apologized for racially insensitive remarks, said George Floyd’s death “ripped the blinders off for the whole world to see the systemic racism … that is a stain our nation’s soul.”
He added: “the knee on the neck of justice for Black Americans; the profound fear and trauma, the pain, the exhaustion that Black and brown Americans experience every single day.”
Biden also claimed the summer of riots and looting in Democrat-led cities “unified people of every race and generation in peace and with purpose to say, ‘Enough. Enough. Enough of the senseless killings.'”
He concluded saying America has always been in a “tug of war between the American ideal that we’re all created equal and the harsh reality that racism has long torn us apart.”
