Biden Says He Has Message for North Korean Leader: ‘Hello. Period.’

President Biden was asked during a press avail if he had a message for North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un.

Biden replied, “Hello, period.”

So, was that Biden’s message or did he accidentally mention the punctuation on the teleprompter?
