Beto O’Rourke, the Democrat running for governor in Texas, interrupted Gov. Greg Abbott‘s press conference on the tragic Uvalde school mass shooting.
Uvalde Mayor Don McLaughlin called him a “sick son of a b-tch” and said he was “out of line.”
When Abbott announced he was passing the mic to Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick, O’Rourke approached the stage.
Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) can be heard telling him to “sit down.”
