James Miller, a teacher at Mountain Gap Middle School in Huntsville, Alabama, participated in a “family-friendly” drag queen story hour hosted by Hard Knocks Rescue & Training, Inc., an animal rescue organization.
While reading a story about a dog finding a bone, Miller told the children, “Everybody loves a big bone.”

When performing as a drag queen, Miller goes by the name Madge D. Divine or Miss Majesty Divine.
Miller also read a book in a separate story hour where he told the children a drag queen’s hips go “swish swish swish.”

Fox News reports the teacher once promoted an event called “Drag Us To Hell” on his Facebook page.
After Libs of TikTok brought attention to Miller’s extracurricular activities, Miller made a video saying, “I really have no comment for anybody, so people need to stop asking.”
