California Gov. Gavin Newsom launched a series of provocative advertisements in Tennessee inviting women to come to his state to kill their unborn babies. The television ads accuse conservative officials of holding women hostage by imposing restrictions on their travel for reproductive care. A Tennessee state representative is trying to outlaw transporting a minor out of the state for an abortion.
