A Georgia man driving a stolen tractor led police on a low-speed chase that ended in the parking lot of a Waffle House. It’s a story that’s worthy of a country music song. Customers at the Hapeville Waffle House scattered while police smothered the suspect and took him into custody. Authorities say the chase reached speeds of 20 mph.
