Two New York City police officers were shot and another was stabbed in Brooklyn. The attack happened at the corner of Church and Flatbush Avenues.
The circumstances surrounding the attack are unclear. It is not known at this time if the shootings were connected to the ongoing riots and looting that have plagued the city.
As many as eight shots were fired according to a video purportedly filmed at the scene of the crime.
NBC News reports a suspect was also shot and is in custody. This is a developing story. More details to follow.
